How to access our services?

The Eldercare Centre has an open referral system, which means that anyone can make enquiries about attending the Centre. Once we receive a referral we ask our Care Co-ordinator to contact the person being referred to explain what we do , answer any questions and gather information to enable us to ensure that we offer the right level of support to meet the persons expectations.
